Terms & Conditions

  1. Written/email confirmation is required from the client for all provisional and final bookings. Bookings are finalised only when confirmation is received from Sharrons Event Catering Company
  2. For new clients a 20% deposit is required upon booking, and then full payment is required at least 10 days prior to the function.
  3. For established or existing clients, payment must be made within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
  4. Sharrons Event Catering Company confirms that they have and will maintain sufficient Public Liability Insurance for events of the nature of the booking.
  5. The client is responsible for all hired equipment, during the course of the Event, Broken, lost or damaged equipment/linen will be charged at full replacement costs. A deposit will be required, which is fully refundable in the event of no damage.
  6. All menus may be amended at short notice, subject to availability.
  7. Final numbers are required 14 days prior to the event.
  8. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing and charges are as follows:
    Cancellation 14 day's or more prior the event - loss of deposit only
    Cancellation 13 day's or less prior to the event - loss of 50% of total event charge.
  9. Delivery is free within a 10-mile radius of Theydon Bois, Epping, otherwise mileage is charged as follows:
    11-20 miles - £10.00
    21-30 miles - £15.00
    Above 30 miles, please call to discuss requirements
  10. Please note that Sharrons Event Catering Company cannot accept any responsibility for issues arising after the event.
  11. On accepting our services you the client accepts our terms and conditions.
